Winter Wedding..

As I sit wrapped in a blanket staring through the window at the cold February day we are having. I cant help but think back to last February, I was there to witness and capture the marriage of two very special people. It was an unbelievably warm day, about 60 degrees. The sun was shining, it was incredible. I really think that was Gods way of shining the light on Jordan and Sami, letting them see a glimpse of their future! I started to take a look back at their wedding day. I have never felt so much love in one place. I know it might sound cliché or even a bit crazy, but I left that night beaming, my cheeks hurt from smiling and I had never "felt the love" as I did that warm February day.

I started the day by joining Sami Jo and her girls at Smith & Voss. WHat a gorgeous open spaced salong, perfect for a wedding party.

When the Groom is a videographer-- he has his wedding day girft for the bride delivered with a short video telling her how excited he is to make her his wife... Tears people.. The brought me to tears!

No first look, but the couple wanted to take a few minutes to pray together before their walk down the aisle. Their connection and commitment to God may be why it was 60 degrees and sunny on a February day <3

This moment gave me more tears, a flood of them. How sweet is it that Jordan wrote and performed a song for Sami, telling a story about them and the love they share. <3
